For the past 21 years, Texas Farm Bureau Insurance has been much more than an employer to me—it has been a place that changed my life. After experiencing success as an agent, I chose to become a manager because I wanted to help other agents achieve the same level of success and fulfillment. I also wanted to build my own Farm Bureau family and create an environment where agents, staff, and board members could thrive.
